Frequently Asked Questions

Curious about how to add a six figure revenue stream to your hospital, or how to offset the capital expense of new TV's and interactive patient entertainment? Please review the site map to locate your area of interest, or feel free to contact us.

How will the patients be billed for the service?

The charge will be billed directly to the patient’s telephone bill and will appear as a separate section to the monthly statement.  The name will appear as “Hospital Services #.”  If a patient’s local service provider does not allow additional charges to be added to that statement, patients will receive a separate invoice for the balance due.

How can a patient contact HTT with questions?

We provide a toll free number for all patient inquiries 866-362-3880.

Why should the hospital charge for these services?

The hospital pays for equipment and monthly line charges for each telephone in the hospital.  The hospital also incurs costs related to television equipment and maintenance. Our program allows hospitals to offset these expenses, and actually add a new source of revenue.

Charging for these services gives healthcare facilities the ability to recieve and provide interactive patient entertainment without spending a penny.

What can HTT do for a hospital?

Our main focus is to generate revenue for hospitals. We eliminate numerous hassles, increase patient satisfaction and enhance your bottom line. Most hospitals have a 40% collection rate, while competitors advertise a 70% collection rate. We offer an 85% collection rate and have been known to quadruple client hospital’s returns.

Along with providing a unique billing service for hospital TV's and telephones, HTT finances interactive patient systems and healthcare grade televisions.

How do hospitals inform patients about activating the service?

Patients immediately receive information about the charges combined with amenities. Information can be provided by admissions personnel, in a televised notice on the hospital’s information channel, on a small beside placard, or any appropriate combination of the three.
